St. Albert Victim Services provides a safe and supportive environment and the most empowering resources to citizens of St. Albert who are dealing with crime or tragedy.

Victim Services
We are a non-profit, charitable organization that works collaboratively with the RCMP to recognize, anticipate, and proactively respond to the needs of those who have been victimized.
Our team provides support to empower victims of crime and tragedy.
We accomplish this by utilizing specific resources and referring to outside organizations when appropriate. This enables our clients to easily and effectively access the help they need.
The St. Albert Victim Services program was awarded the St. Albert 2019 Community Recognition Award in the Citizenship category. We have also been recognized by the St. Albert and District Chamber of Commerce for Dedicated Support for Business and Community.
Our Mission
Our mission is a declaration of St. Albert Victim Services’ purpose. It points the way for our journey towards achieving our Vision. The mission speaks to the unique identity of our organization, identifies the basic reason we exist, explains what we do to recognize, anticipate and respond to these needs and clarifies how we will relate to our clients and stakeholders.
St. Albert Victim Services’ Mission is:

- We do this by staying focused on ensuring we provide a safe and supportive environment and empowering resources to the citizens of St. Albert who are dealing with crime or tragedy: providing comfort in the moment and ongoing support, helping individuals navigate the justice system, and making referrals to other community agencies to help victims move forward.
- We are a non-profit, charitable organization serving the citizens of St. Albert. Our strength is our skilled and compassionate staff, advocates and volunteers who are highly trained in dealing with sensitive matters.
